We believe that what matters to our clients most are the results of our work, not what kind of internal ‘machinery’ we have used to achieve these results.

But we also believe that it is important to explain how we make our choices and why, as we have invested a lot of energy and passion into developing our capabilities, which make such service quality possible.

Naturally, 20 years of experience have resulted in a very solid relationship of our Firm with our close network: hundreds of senior executives whom we know very well and we trust without hesitation. In every project we execute, the extraordinary value of this network proves its worth.

But what increases our effectiveness most is the way we have organized our relationship with our network and the way we are pro-actively contributing to their development: we are the only firm in Romania to have developed a proprietary network-management system, based on a state-of-the-art platform, called BrainBank.

This proprietary methodology generates the most accurate knowledge of the talent environment ever achieved, because it ‘maps’ the environment PRIOR TO executing a search project and structures such knowledge in a unique way.

BrainBank organizes the information about the candidates according to our own data structuring model, which can explain with FACTS the current potential of a candidate. (The concept behind the model is also proprietary, as it is ‘extracted’ from 20 years of experience).

BrainBank covers a network composed of more than 10.000 (validated) executives, who came in contact with us over the last 20 years, but also the results of our continuous mapping activity, which ‘x-rays’ the biggest 2000 companies in this country.
