In practice, we cover these areas through three separate, dedicated entities: two business companies and a not-for-profit entity, united under a single "umbrella": The Leadership Alliance.
The interaction between these three entities creates a unique combination of capabilities and an extremely powerful knowledge base for the members of the Alliance to work with. Such unique capabilities also produce an very well balanced environment for our customers and partners to interact in and to benefit from (which was our initial objective).
Our mission must be accomplished through continuous improvement, which means embracing continuous change: we are committed to developing and implementing our new, proprietary business model, which must reflect our values-system in everything it does and must ensure value creation for our customers, which has always been our ultimate mission, anyway.
