Our new model is based on the principle that modern executive search must have access to premium quality information about the talent market PRIOR to opening an assignment.
To obtain such premium quality information we need to adapt our systems and our methodology, so that the information we use is 'cleaned', 'filtered' and validated before it is accessed during the execution of a project.
In order to achieve this goal, we had to design a new way of structuring the information about a certain executive and build the technology which can manage the resulting, 'clean' information, securely and effectively.
We call this new concept "Talent Discovery" and the technology it uses CASA (Career Assets Structuring Architechture).
Indeed, we cannot expect that this huge task can be performed by a traditional search firm. It must be performed by a dedicated entity, specifically designed for 'scanning' the talent market continuously.
